Embodiment is a buzz word right now, but what does it really mean?
Why do we disconnect from our bodies? And what's the danger in that?
Why is coming home to our bodies so difficult?
In this episode we talk about people pleasing, a reflected sense of self, trauma, and sin as separateness.
We talk about the sacred work of letting letting old patterns die, and becoming new.
We also speculate around the sacred feminine. These words are our own, and are not meant to represent the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Thanks so much for listening!
