I started my health journey about 3 months ago when a possible Heart Attack or Stroke(was actually me pinching my nerve) scared me into reevaluating my life and not wanting to die... Not like that... So my journey can become your how to guide and tip guide as I learn how to be healthy with you as well as sharing stories from other like minded folks. We will have tip days, storytime, and even just describing hard workouts we want to be able to do, goal lists to the hard days where you question if its worth it...
