4/20 is less than a week away, and the Department of Health is celebrating by destroying half a million dollars worth of illicit cannabis products. Marcus, Steve, and Tanner break that down, and a whole lot more happening throughout the state, including St. Joseph passing a moratorium while exploring municipal shops, roadside testers reporting a high participation rate, and more fun at the Legislature in St. Paul as the CannOmnibus bill makes it way through the law-making meat grinder.
