We're discussing topics like insecurity, competition vs. collaboration, and today's subject - Shaming, comparison, judging, and shoulding.
What's so hard about tapping into radically accepting ourselves and others? Why does our behavior (and mindset) consistently reflect a "Me or them" approach (ahem, survival)?
