The day after being photographed at Dunedins famous Hyde St party as Naruto: The last Airbender, Jared Monk ran a brisk 24km before joining me for this episode!!!
This week on the show, Aston sits down with running enthusiast and dentistry student Jared Monk. We talk about his experience coming out as bi-sexual, his faith, the spirituality in running and some of his experiences growing up on New Zealands beautiful west coast!
Jared hopes to represent New Zealand at the world junior games and next commonwealth games, as he continues his studies in Dentistry at Otago University.
