Are the real estate agents? The managing brokers? The real estate brokerages themselves? All three groups mentioned need to be active participants in lobbying for what’s best for their profession and the consumers they serve. Entering the real estate industry in 1992, Guy Crozier has been involved in the organized real estate as a volunteer since 1997. Many of Guy’s contributions have been with the Victoria Real Estate Board where he, in addition to sitting various committees and task forces, was a Director from 2012 - 2016 which included a term as President. Next, Guy broadened his horizons in 2017 through his work with the Canadian Real Estate Association’s National Advertising Campaign Committee. When he’s not helping make our industry better, Guy is hard at work in the Victoria real estate market where he is a partner with the Preferred Homes Team - One of Western Canada’s top-ranked with Teams RE/MAX.
