If you’ve ever wanted to change your body or felt uncomfortable in your own skin, you’re not alone. Research shows that about 95% of women are dissatisfied with their bodies.

Alysia Pope, holistic health coach and Pilates Trainer, knows firsthand what it’s like to be in a constant battle with your body, living with negative self-talk while trying every diet imaginable.
