Brooke is a powerhouse in the product industry. She spent six years helping scale lululemon, where she managed stores, led operations, and eventually oversaw $100 million in retail stores as the Australia/NZ Area Director. She went on to become the Country Manager of Cotton On managing over 200 stores and more than $250M in sales. From there she moved to General Manager at TOM Co, where she radically expanded their range and led the business to a successful sale. Brooke loves both big and small business, coaching startups and demonstrating her strategic scaling prowess.
