Real estate love letters can cause a lot of pain – much like the ones drunk-texted to an old flame. On this episode of Open House, Reba and Eric examine the processes involved in making winning offers, and particularly, the role these letters may play in the process.

You’ll come away from the broadcast with a better understanding of:

  • unconventional offers which may win the deal (ie, Seahawks tickets).
  • the kinds of information you would – or would not – want to include in a love letter.
  • the potential liabilities and legal actions that could arise from a sloppy or poorly crafted letter (particularly with regard to fair housing).
  • some of the considerations that may play a role in what finally turns out to be the winning offer.

Additionally, Eric describes what it really means to be fully underwritten, and how that can spell the difference between a winning and losing offer.

Do your due diligence – so much of the work behind a winning offer comes down to being prepared. Learn how on this episode of Open House with Team Reba.
