A Better Way to Track Your Weight

In this episode I talk about a better way to track your weight if moving the weight loss/gain needle is your goal. It's broken down into a few really simple steps.
1. Measure your weight for up to 7 days
2. Take the average of those measurements as your starting point
3. Choose a single day each week and to "weigh in" and compare that measurement to your starting average.
Execute on the other things that are going to help you show progress and you'll win!
