In today’s episode, we talk with author Arleen Williams about memoir, self-publishing, and the practice of writing.

Arleen is a West Seattle native, a career ESL instructor, and the author of over a dozen books, including her recently re-released Alki Trilogy. She is also the author of a memoir, The Thirty-Ninth Victim, that explores the circumstances surrounding her sister’s murder by Gary Ridgway. In this conversation, Laura talk with Arleen about writing and everything else, from immigration to MFAs.
