Join us for an inspiring episode with Yeshi Goori, an outdoor enthusiast, co-founder The Kollel and NESIVOS. Yeshi's journey began in the year 2000, as he worked tirelessly to create summer programs that kept youth active and engaged during their extended break.
Through this work, he discovered a growing concern for struggling bochurim, both in and out of yeshiva, and recognized the need for a safe and supportive environment. This led to the founding of The Kollel in 2001, a unique program that created an environment conducive to growth and where bochurim felt accepted.
Yeshi's creative approach to guiding youth continued to evolve as he realized the importance of collaboration between schools, parents, and mentors in providing comprehensive therapy. In 2008, he co-founded NESIVOS, an organization dedicated to guiding youth and their families on a path towards healing and success. NESIVOS offers licensed professional assessments, treatment plans, and case management to ensure all avenues are covered and goals are met.
