Sarah Westbrook has turned an early life of complex trauma into a profession as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Sarah is passionate about mental wellness. She considers herself an eternal learner and is excited to share her knowledge and experience with her audience. As a trauma survivor, she understands the work that goes into healing. Her greatest desire is for her listeners, readers, and clients to gain the personalized wisdom needed to meet their highest growth potential, laughing along the way and becoming their most authentic selves. Through her life experiences, Sarah works with others to break the manacles of trauma bonds and find freedom. In her book, Trauma Bonded, she explains how sixteen-year-old Sarah hoped her boyfriend would save her from her dysfunctional home. When her parents discovered that they’d sinned with premarital sex, the aftermath left the two teenagers irrevocably bonded in trauma. Sarah Westbrook, MS, LPC, NCC, founded Westbrook Counseling Services and Daisy Girl Communications. As a survivor of chronic trauma and emotional neglect, she understands the work that goes into healing from c-PTSD. As a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and an American Counseling Association (ACA) member, you can learn more about Sarah at https://www.daisygirlcommunications.com, https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100083025745982, https://twitter.com/DaisyGirlComm?t=DnFOC55coe0EvfRhnJNHhA&s=09, https://www.instagram.com/daisygirlcommunications/, https://www.tiktok.com/@dgcsarahwestbrook?_t=8bp9TM1UwTT&_r=1, https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCLwxhOGfI9QWo40uHBgS8nw.
