LIFE-SAVER NICE-CREAM BOWL

Ingredients:

1 C frozen blueberries (or the berries of your choice)

1 medium frozen banana (if using room temperature banana, just add 1/3 C of ice)

1 heaping tablespoon of nut butter of your choice (almond, cashew, peanut)

2 Tbsp hemp seed

1/4 tsp lemon extract (or 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice)

1 scoop collagen powder

2 Tbsp of water

Steps:

Add all the ingredients into a blender. Use high speed to blend until desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!

Optional:

You can top you nice-cream with unsweetened coconut flakes, chia seeds or more fresh fruits.
