“I don’t know what has gotten into me,” she told me, “I feel really off. I’ve been having all these fearful thoughts lately— I kept thinking this bad thing was going to happen– is this my intuition speaking to me?”
“Where are you at in your cycle?” I responded, though I felt like I knew the response already.
“I just started bleeding.”
I’ve been having some rendition of this dialogue FOR YEARS with my students. So today we are going to talk about what hormones have to do with intuition.
