On May 11, 2011, six-year-old Timmothy James Pitzen was dropped off at school in Aurora by his father James Pitzen. He was picked up shortly after by his mother, Amy Fry-Pitzen, who took him on a three-day trip to various amusement and water parks. Fry-Pitzen's body was subsequently found in a motel room in the city of Rockford, Ill, having died by suicide, with a note stating that Timmothy was safe, but would never be found...
Anyone with information about Timmothy is asked to call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST (1-800-843-5678) or the Aurora Police Department's Timmothy Pitzen Tip Line at 630-256-5516.
