In this episode, Josh talks with Peter H. Christian.

Peter was the founding partner and president of espi, a business consulting firm in Northeastern PA. Previously he was an Executive at Crayola Corporation. He has worked with 300+ clients in business development, profit improvement, operations, IS selection and implementation, and Project Management. He has 40+ years of experience in strategic and facility planning, CI, lean, and supply chain. He has helped companies to realize millions of dollars in cost reductions and profit improvements adding and retaining thousands of jobs. He has authored the Amazon bestselling business books, “What About the Vermin Problem?” and “Influences and Influencers” and is published in a variety of professional magazines.

Peter is now an adjunct professor teaching Project Management at Alvernia University in Reading PA. He also mentors students at Rutgers University on their senior projects and is a project evaluator for the IE department as well as being on their Advisory board. He writes a blog and articles for Design 2 Part magazine. He is a frequent podcaster covering business, leadership and Project Management.

Peter is married for 43 years. He has 3 children and 3 grandchildren, the latest 3 months old. He loves to travel, take in shows of all kinds and cooks a mean Cioppino and Eggplant Rollatini.
