In Acts 15, Peter boldly proclaims that the Gospel message makes no distinctions between Gentiles and Jews and that the gift of salvation by grace is offered to all people. The early church was experiencing tension and division over the religious weight of the 613 Old Testament laws. Jesus fulfilled these OT laws through His perfect life and offers salvation through Grace instead.
