Irish born and Berlin based comedian Rob Moriarty sits down for a #patchat this week. We discuss his childhood and teen years growing up in Dublin, his battle with depersonalization and mental health, his foray into mixed martial arts, and how his tumultuous journey led him to comedy. In addition for the podcast we both re-watched Louie CK’s 2007 special Live at the Beacon, and discussed its influence on us at the time as well as what we could take from it as we try to learn the craft of comedy today.
