瘦就是美？我常常思考體態與美的關係，在歷史的不同時期就流行不同體態，以前豐滿的體態是美，因為代表富裕、養尊處優，但後來時代及文化的演變慢慢大家就崇尚纖瘦的體態才是美。其實近來令我再思考這課題是因為其中一位我十分欣賞的歌手 Sam Smith，他近來因為體態的轉變而惹來很多爭議。我曾經也執迷「瘦就是美」，甚至令自己做了很多傷害健康來減肥的事，在今集podcast中我會分享一下自己的經歷，如果可以令大家以更寬容的目光看待不同體態的人，找到自己心中的「終身美麗」就更好了！
