I am the author of twenty four published crime novels set against the backdrop of the ever changing sea on the English coast: the contemporary set DI Andy Horton crime novels; the action-packed Art Marvik mystery thrillers; the 1950s set Inspector Ryga mysteries and two standalone thrillers. In this episode I'm talking about how to start writing and my long road to publication demonstrating that it isn't always easy or a quick fix result. Now, however, since I was first published, the market has expanded and there are some great opportunities to self-publish. I hope you enjoy listening.
