I am so excited, honoured and blessed to have had the opportunity to interview Sheryl Connelly, Futurist for Ford Motor Company! What's a Futurist? Well, Sheryl has a pretty amazing job! Her goal is to better understand what's going on in the outside world so she can predict trends and gain insight on how they can influence the automotive industry. Sheryl and I took some time to discuss some highlights in consumer habits and behaviours with focus on exploring Generation Z.
