Fresh off of their latest patrol of the Neutral Zone, the U.S.S. Aster is on course to return to exploring the Bassen Rift. While en-route, they receive a signal from Starfleet that their sister ship, the U.S.S. Nightingale, has entered the Neutral Zone due to a navigational error. It appears that the Romulans have attacked the small ship and plan to tow it back to Romulus as a trophy. But something doesn’t seem quite right.
