In this epic second part of our interview with Matthew Landers, he dives into Managing Customer Expectations as well as walking the line of making sure that client requests are in line with his brand.
Matthew is conscious of the customer journey and puts just as much effort into the after care of a customer as he does their floral arrangement. He explains that "Showing Face" is an important message that is sent to the customer during their reveal and he uses their reaction to receive feedback and can then take instant action to make sure his product blows them away.
His Instagram strategy is on point so tune in to find out how he has utilised his socials to engage his audience and turn them into ongoing customers.
