Manage episode 332424197 series 3240578
[246] The pandemic may have briefly stalled in-person experiences, but salons are now dialling up the experiential factor, designing ultra-unique spaces to transport guests away from everyday life.
Designing a functional and attractive salon or spa that represents the brand and vision is one of the most exciting part of opening or growing a business. But for others, the whole experience can be pretty stressful. In this week's conversation, Something You Salon and Spa owner Amanda Baer (@somethingyousalon) shares her salon's increasingly growing pains, the decision-making process behind moving from a 1400 sq. ft location to more than double that, how the salon's culture plays into her interior design, renovation tips and more.
