How can we be free to walk forward with ourself as pickleball players? Understand the framework of pickleball is going to be the same whether you are senior pro player, top player or a beginner. We all play the same game- same court, same net, paddles, rules etc.

What changes? The strategies and shots that we use based on our unique set of circumstances, that's what makes us a unique being.

Recognize who you are and everything about you. Embrace that. Don't fight it. Don't say, Well, I'm limited because of X, because that is incorrect.
