Because the story of how ZEOS was initially conceived, then built and scaled, mixes the ingenuity of a start-up with the expectations of a major retail brand.
And Jan and his team have to maintain that entrepreneurial mindset, embracing rapid change and learning, as the ZEOS brand grows.
