Silver helped develop Raleigh's comprehensive plan as its chief planning officer before moving to New York City to serve as Commissioner of the Department of Parks and Recreation. Now he's returned to Raleigh as a principal at McAdams, but his passion for making Raleigh the best city it can be hasn't changed.
