  • We are honored to have Kojo North as our guest on this episode. Kojo tells us about his eventful journey and experience of moving from the U.K and The Netherlands to Ghana. He talks about putting up a student's hostel in Kumasi and a multipurpose space for all types of creatives in Tema with the objective of supporting the youth of Ghana discover, develop and achieve their goals. Cubano believes a drastic change should be made to the educational structure and curriculum to help produce efficient and proactive human resource. We discuss the youth population in Ghana, how much of an under-used resource they are, how everyone thinks about natural resources but forgets human resources are as equally important or even more important. We also explain why the majority(57%) of Ghana's population is youthful, the extremely low graduate employment percentage(10%) and possible solutions on how the youth can be utilized more effectively to develop Ghana.
