HELLO OCTOBER! Who cannot believe it is already October? Also, who cannot believe it is almost the end of 2019!? This year is flying by and in honor of the new month, I will be talking about my 7 intentions I have made for October! I wanted to share this in hopes to inspire you to write down your own intentions for the month. If you do, please let me know! I would love to hear what you are focusing on during this time. Whether it be completing a marathon or trying a new food, I want to hear! Let us dive in! October Intentions 2019: 1. Slow Down 2. Plan Rest Days 3. Get Outside Everyday for at least 30 Minutes. 4. Journal 3 Times A Week. 5. Meditate 6. Practice Self Love, Tell Myself Positive Things About Myself. 7. Keep it Simple Wrapping up September and saying hello to October! I can feel the weight being lifted off my shoulders. This month truly feels lighter and truly like a fresh start. I am stoked to see what this month has to bring!
