What does authentic accountability in business look like?

One of the most insidious “killers” of innovation and trust in a team is a lack of business accountability. But how is accountability cultivated and communicated?

Today my guest Jeff Cohen raises the stake on accountability by framing it a little differently. He affectionately refers to this reframing as being “count-on-able.” When leaders, CEOs, and executives make themselves count-on-able, it results in more effective teams, greater flexibility in problem-solving, and even improves listening skills.
