Episode 01: Introductions

Welcome to the Practical Nutrition podcast!

This is an extension of the Practical Nutrition business ran by myself (Jessie Asher). I teach health coaches, nutritionists, and other wellness pro's about nutrition science.

So many of you have amazing, heart-tugging stories. You work with clients that feel you understand them and can relate. And nothing can rival a team of two that feels so connected. What some find challenging, however, is researching various nutrition topics.

So many foodie bloggers and self proclaimed "experts" like to weigh in on nutrition debates. While there's nothing wrong with opinions, if they don't have an understanding of research, evidence based, and science they can easily lead you astray.

Science is about questioning everything and always trying to prove the hypothesis wrong. But it's also about accepting what evidence is showing you, regardless of personal feelings and opinions.

Join me this episode as I introduce myself, the business, and what I strive every day to bring to you. (:

Positive vibes & energy!
- Jessie
