The night after my appointment with the Chiropractor I recieved a text from him. "Hey Ashley, it's Dr. Johnson, I just wanted to see how you were feeling after yesterday's appointment?" We went back and forth a few times, he was extremely personable in the text.

The morning after Brady's appointment I got a call from my vetrinarian. When I answered she said "Hey Ashley it's Dr. Grimm. I wanted to call and see how Brady was feeling after his vaccines yesterday." We talked for a min and then disconnected.

I looked up their cheif complaint in the system and sent them the follow message. "Hey Joe, It's Dr. Smith from Alta Dental. I wanted to see how that bottom left tooth was doing." Long story short after a few messages back and forth 67% of the patients scheduled their treatment.
