One of the newest and most talked about subjects for BCM and DR professionals is how to plan for, and respond to, an active shooter situation. The headlines have been full of examples in recent years and BCM /DR professionals need to have solid understanding of how to manage such situations. For this episdoe, we'll speak with known expert David Shepherd, who will help up us understand the difference between active and passive shooters and what triggers ad motivates these situations. David will also teach us how we ca de-escalate situations using one of the most forgotten or overlooked positions in an organization.
