RJ was born and raised in Prince George. He started working at Earl’s Restaurant in Prince George as a teenager and worked his way into management at Earl’s. RJ also worked in management at Publik, Montana’s in Kamloops and the Shooter’s Group. After spending 20 years in the restaurant business, RJ made a career change and began his sales career at Northland Dodge in 2013. In 2015, RJ made it into the Chairman’s club – a list of Auto Canada’s top 40 sales people. In 2016, RJ moved into management at Northland Dodge as an sales manager. He prides himself in training and mentoring new sales staff. RJ spends his time away from work with his wife, son and daughter.
