My guest is Nicole Erwin, Bible whiz and great friend of mine. We discuss the new age health concept of "manifestation" in light of Biblical principles. Is it sound?
In this series we will explore some of what I believe to be co-opted Biblical truths. When presented in mainstream, New Age language, these ideas get wrapped in just enough of a lie that they become spiritually repellant.
Christians often view these repackaged truths as suspect and reject both the lie AND the truth- throwing the baby out with the bathwater so to speak. If we retrieve the co-opted truth and reframe it back under Biblical principle where it belongs - we may find that God is offering us many more tools than we realized for self and family health.
