As a Live Chat Assistants, your chief role will be to manage live chat interactions for numerous businesses. No Fixed Term: Open-ended Contract
Our live chat assistant roles do not come with a fixed contract term. We believe in the liberty and adaptability that an open-ended contract confers, providing job security that enables you to predict your future
Pay Rate: $25 - $35 Per Hour
As a live chat assistant, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $35, in appreciation for the crucial role you play in our clients' customer service operations and the value you add to their businesses.
Required Skills and Background
Our requirements for live chat assistants are as follows:
A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet or laptop).
The ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively and stay motivated.
Close adherence to specified instructions.
A minimum of a weekly availability of at least 5 hours.
A dependable and fast internet connection.
Hours Per Week: 5 - 40 Hours
We provide a flexible work schedule that can vary between 5 to 40 hours a week. This allows you to strike a balance between your professional and personal life, working on your own schedule.
Location: Remote Work Online (United States Preferred)
While the convenience of remote work is a key benefit, we do prefer U.S.-based assistants. But we do not restrict our selection to the US only, as we welcome applications from all over the globe.
