It's so important that we are able to make the right choices for ourselves and I wanted to give a little more insight into some things you can do to get your nutrition back on track! Remember the 80/20 Rule: try to make the right decision most of the time and don't get bogged down by details. These tips will help you be more prepared in different food situations and are definitely important things to have in your toolbox!
