You might recall the sobering predictions about potential doom and gloom ahead for 2023, pedaled by self-proclaimed experts and picked up as click bait and used in various sensational media exclusives. Well they got it wrong with residential property in Australia defying those dire predictions to enjoy solid growth in many parts of the country. One voice who didn’t cry wolf was Pete Wargent and he returns this week with Bushy to outline what he sees ahead for 2024.
