How many new PR firms would target new start-up businesses as clients? Well, the new Black Unicorn Public Relations firm did just that...and it has become a successful strategy. The new firms must be funded and operational. Rather than just being a PR agency for the startups Black Unicorn functions as an internal entity. With offices in London and Vilnius Lithuania founder Julia Jugorova, a former journalist, also has virtual staffers in Germany, Spain, South Africa, and Slovakia to help facilitate and grow the business. Listen to how she made this format work for her.
