Welcome back Pushin' Performance Fam!

Throughout multiple points in our careers we both have experienced a similar feeling... that even though we've worked our asses off to get to where we are, we work hard to improve at our craft, and even help our clients and athletes get to and beyond their goals... they'd probably be better off working with someone else. Or maybe even that at some point we will be found out as subpar coaches and let go. This feeling is imposter syndrome and it's unbelievably common across all industries. In this episode, we share our experiences managing imposter syndrome in the hopes that it helps others who are dealing with the same thing.
We get into:
- The history of imposter syndrome research
- Our personal experiences dealing with it throughout our careers
- Ways to reframe your experience to break the cycle of negativity
- And much more!
