Eric Marcus is a best selling novelist, founder of the nonprofit Making Gay History, and podcaster of the popular Making Gay History podcast. He has been interviewing members of the queer community since the eighties and continues to publish interviews from the iconic LGBTQ+ individuals that helped to shape the future of queerness today.
In this conversation we get to know how Eric got involved in interviewing queer people during a time where no one was asking. We also touch on the AIDs epidemic briefly as well as the growth we have made as community that sometimes only has one thing in common, being different.
