Andrzej "Andy" Kozlowski is an Empath Coach for highly sensitive people whose work is routed in ancient practices and wisdom from Taoism to hypnotherapy, Ayurveda, The Silva Method, and beyond.

Andy has gone from an anxious kid, unable to cope in social settings and working a soul-sucking IT Manager job to building a lucrative coaching business helping highly sensitive people step into their greatness. Andy is also a meditation champion having spent over 10,000 hours in meditation and is passionate about all things psychology, NLP, dietetics and self-improvement.

In this episode, we discuss consciousness and how to raise it. Andy shares his journey of spending over 10,000 hours in meditation and what he learned from exploring ancient practices like Qigong and breathwork to name a few.
