If you think kindness in the workplace doesn't matter, think again! Employees, and team members who feel fulfilled, safe, and inspired to do their best work are more productive, and happy, and become advocates of the brand, business, and/or company. No matter who you are, or where you're from we could all be a bit kinder in the workplace and in life to create more fulfilling, safe, and inspired environments showing up as our better selves.

In this episode, we're joined by Jason Johnson as we discuss why kindness in the workplace matters. Jason is a Father of 2, a Husband of 20 years, and an Artist who one day woke up in Corporate America at the age of 25 and realised that leading with love and kindness had always been at his core.

Jason has achieved some of the top financial results in the U.S. working with corporate organisations. When he's not talking about Leadership at work, he's hosting his podcast, Own Your Space - a show about personal growth, heart influence, and self-leadership.
