Back Pain Origins
Manage episode 426819900 series 2880473
In this podcast we discuss where back pain comes from. Oddly enough it is not about how you might have fallen or lifted something heavy once and pulled your back. Perhaps humanly you pulled a muscle but there is a deeper origin on why there is pain your back. Most pain is in the lower part of the back in the Sacral energy center where your childhood underpinnings are.
This episode will look at the many variables and subtleties in how our thoughts govern our bodies and when such a huge mental weight is placed on our minds our bodies react in ways that show it is too heavy. To lighten our mental load means to let go our childhood insecurities and accept who we are. Listen to the many thoughts spirit has on this subject.
In this class we used the childhood energy of the Sacral Meditation: SACRAL Chakra Meditation - Bring Your Childhood Photo (buzzsprout.com) this will help you connect to your inner childhood light.
