One of the "buzz" phrases bouncing around Leadership circles at the moment is Productivity Paranoia, which is basically the fear of our teams not doing the work, particularly when they are working remotely.
In this episode of the RAW Leadership Podcast I wanted to share some insights, hints, tips and strategies that I have learnt and heard about that will help ease the Paranoia Mindset that is driving this thinking.
It is a real thing, and it needs to be addressed. Because if it is not addressed it will eat away at you and your workplace culture, undermining and eroding everything that you have built and developed.
