We are constantly hearing from business owners and employers that there is a recruitment crisis, that there are not enough people to employ and that it is getting harder to fill vacant positions.
There is no doubt that this is true, but what is the underlying reason behind this?
What can we do as Leaders to stem and slow down the impact that this current crisis is having on our teams, on our outcomes and on our businesses?
In this podcast I will share with you some perspectives that I have witnessed and that defiantly fall into the patterns of Human Behaviour that I constantly share through my Leadership Coaching and Mentoring.
