We adore ice cream—have we mentioned that yet? Our love of America's favorite dessert inspired us to chat with Amy Ettinger, the author of Sweet Spot, which chronicles her journey to taste ice cream from all across the nation. Amy told us all about her adventures researching her new books, including a car hijacking, water buffalo gelato, and ice cream wars in the streets of New York.
