A Message From Kim
I’ve been in your shoes. As an employee, I worked in small offices to large international corporations. I co-owned two small businesses and a subsequent consulting business. I faced challenges perhaps similar to yours; the stress of managing people, demanding clients, unskilled managers, business development, and the list goes on.
On the personal side, there were the life events that shaped me emotionally, including a very life-changing divorce…more to come on that topic.
I came to understand how effective emotion management (NOT control) develops resilience, improves our decision-making and how we interact in every aspect of life.
This training is different from most other emotional intelligence courses. I teach a whole-body approach to emotion management. Why? Because managing emotions is more than managing our thoughts.
