We have a full house on this one as Jaime and I are joined live by Evee and her friend Taylor. Over in LA Hiram brings his buddy Paul to talk about the recent Alien news as well as some outdoor cooking. We start off recapping the Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz fight. You'll have to listen to hear what we said. Other headlines include the Women's National Soccer team which you've probably heard about by now. Hiram wants the Joe Army to pitch in to get him to the Taylor Swift concert. The people of Raymondville have found Willie the Goat!!

BBQ Time - Sticking to the goat theme we talk about cooking and eating goat in the RGV. Hiram cooks another cold seared steak. I also try my hand at a cold sear tester so that I can try the seasoned cutting board trick I saw on TikTok. The steak was a little tough but the taste was great. I'll have to try this one again. Paul gives us some Joe Tips on cooking seafood. He shares an easy teriyaki marinade and tells us how to make a simple crab stuffed lobster. He also talks about Miso marinated cod and I hope he shares the recipe so we can put it on the website.

Evee talk about mermaids and all of the hidden wonders under the Sea. Hiram reals the conversation back in to talk about the government admitting that there may be other life forms that are extraterrestrial and this may go all the way back to the 30s and 40s. Paul gives us an in depth behind the scene of the things he has heard and what has been hidden from us all these years.
